Market Analyst (Crypto)
Study crypto and stock market movements, brief the strategy team, and turn raw market behavior into notes the AI team can act on. You will work with real-time data and publish internal weekly summaries.
- Full time, remote or Makati office
- At least two years in market analysis or a related trading role
- Comfortable writing clearly in English

Customer Support Specialist
Guide users through registration, deposits, and withdrawals by email and phone. You will be the calm, precise voice of Visaya Capital during Philippine business hours, escalating technical issues to the right team.

- Shifting schedule within 9:00 to 18:00 PHT
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in fintech or BPO support is a plus
Compliance Officer (AML/KYC)
Review identity-verification cases, monitor transactions for unusual patterns, and keep our AML procedures aligned with Philippine requirements. You will work closely with the AMLC-related reporting duties described on our AML/KYC page.
