Fraud warning
Our company takes every report and suspicion of fraudulent activity seriously. From time to time we identify companies that use our name or names similar to ours without permission. This can confuse users and spread false information about our company and its services. This page tells you how to recognize such schemes and what to do the moment you meet one.
Why we publish this warning
Fraudsters gain credibility by borrowing the identity of a real company. They copy logos, clone websites, and sometimes even quote our registration information. The goal is always the same: make you send money or personal data to them instead of to the legitimate service. We publish this warning because the safest defense is a user who knows exactly how we do and do not communicate.
Cloned companies
If you suspect you are dealing with a cloned firm using our brand, name, or logo, do not share any personal information with it and notify us immediately at [email protected]. We work continuously to identify clones, but some remain undetected for a period of time, so your report genuinely helps other users.
How to verify you are on our site
- Our only domain is visaya-capital.org. Check the address bar, not just the look of the page.
- Official email comes from [email protected].
- We never ask for your password, full card number, or one-time codes by phone, chat, or email.
- We never ask you to install remote-access software or move funds to a "safe account".
- When in doubt, close the tab and email us before acting.
If you already shared data
If you sent money or personal documents to a suspected clone, act in this order: contact your bank or e-wallet (GCash, Maya, or card issuer) to report the transaction; change the passwords you reused anywhere; then write to us so we can flag the clone and, if a fake account in your name exists here, block it. Speed matters more than embarrassment.
